Customer problems.

2-The water looks rather muddy and smelly mud.

Solution: The Washer at the top and replaced by new-media filtration (sand) in exchange for new-and the added one part of the Aktivated Carbon.

Masaalah Pelanggan : Air minuman kelihatan sedikit berhabuk halus bewarna putih dan terdapat kesan karat pada mechine Water Dispenser..

Punca dan penyelesaian : Keadaaan ini terjadi disebabkan dispenser air dibiarkan kosong dan terdedah. Ini menyebabkan habuk-habuk disekeliling tempat tersebut masuk ke dalam  bahagian takungan air (water Guard) dan apabila di masukkan botol air baru, habuk tersebut akan memasuki air dan seterusnya menyebabkan air kotor dan tercemar.

Untuk penyelesaian : Air perlu dikosongkan  diganti dengan yg lain dan tangki perlu di servis dan di cuci.
